At A.G. Stacker, our motto is “Committed to Innovation.” We live by this motto and continue to think outside of the box so that our customers can be more productive and profitable.

Our X12 Bundle Transfer Systems can be paired with any bundle breaker line you choose, with no pit required. There are three systems available for all of your bundling needs.

The X12 Bundle System 1 accumulates and feeds nicked bundles from the XRI to the Bundle Breaker infeed
The system is fixed at 36” TOR (or custom height based on customer’s requirements) and will accumulate bundles on the first stage of the system and transfer these bundles to the second stage. The bundles will then transfer at a right angle to the bundle line or bundle breaker infeed.

System Components, can be customized to suit customer's requirements:
Stage One – 108” wide x 72” long roller conveyor
Stage Two –  108” wide x 72” long live roller conveyor with plastic mesh right angle transfer section on 4” centers (grip top available) Optional Stedi-Stack Plastic Mesh Conveyor can be substituted for the roller conveyor

The X12 Bundle System 2 provides two modes of operation Pictured above
With both conveyors at 36” TOR, the system will accumulate bundles on the first conveyor, transfers these bundles to the second conveyor. The bundles will then transfer at a right angle to the bundle line or bundle breaker infeed.

With both conveyors at 12” TOR, full stacks of corrugated blanks will be collected on the first stage of the conveyor. Once the proper count is reached the full load will be transferred to the second stage of the conveyor where it can be dressed before transfer to the banding line.

System Components:
Stage One – 108” wide x 72” long roller conveyor on heavy duty scissor lift
Stage Two – 108” wide x 72” long live roller conveyor with plastic mesh right angle transfer section on 4” center, mounted on a Scissor Lift (grip top available). The length and width can be customized to fit your needs. Optional Stedi-Stack Plastic Mesh Conveyor can be substituted for the roller conveyor.

The X12 Bundle System 3 provides three modes of operation
With both conveyors at 36” TOR, the system will accumulate bundles on the first conveyor, transfer these bundles to the second conveyor.

In the third mode, the first conveyor will function similar to a down stacker. By rising to 36” TOR at the start of the load building cycle, it prevents the stacker deck from discharging sheets at a downward angle. This reduces the likelihood of jams on certain difficult to run products and reduces cycle time during load change.

System Components:
Stage One – 108” wide x 72” long roller conveyor on Heavy Duty Hi- Cycle, Scissor Lift.
Stage Two – 108” wide x 72” long live roller conveyor with plastic mesh right angle transfer section on 4” center, mounted on a scissor lift. The length and width can be customized to fit your needs. Optional Stedi-Stack Plastic Mesh Conveyor can be substituted for the roller conveyor.

The X12 Lift Conveyor (patent pending)  is our flagship series of hydraulic lift tables. 12" to top of mesh & NO PIT REQUIRED for installation. Our standard is 72" long,  unlike other lift conveyors on the market, which are only 60" long. This revolutionary system is able to handle virtually any integrated stacker application with capacities up to 3,000 lbs. Structural members, frames, scissor arms, push blocks, and roller channels are fabricated from high quality steel to provide exceptional strength. Channel rollers are captured to prevent deflection and a locking mechanism is provided to secure the legs for safety during maintenance procedures. Safety skirt also provided.
