Weyers Cave, VA – March 26, 2025 – A.G. Stacker is expanding its operations to 100,000 square-feet with the completion of their second 25,000-square-foot facility addition in the last six months. This latest expansion will increase production capacity to meet growing market demand for A.G. Stacker products. 

Installing our network infrastructure to our expanded industrial space.

The expansion will provide additional space for assembling and testing equipment, as well as upgrades to the facility’s electrical and network data infrastructure.  These improvements will enable A.G. Stacker to continue meeting the rising demand for its bundle breakers, load formers, and RDC stacker equipment while maintaining its high standards of support and quality. 

Once completed, this expansion will allow A.G. Stacker to manufacture RDC stackers, bundle breakers, and load formers at an increased production rate, while enhancing efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness for its customers.

A.G. has purchased and installed new CNC machines, tube laser cutting machine, and a collaborative robot welder. These new assets will increase production capacity and efficiency, as well as further improve employee safety and manufacturing excellence at the company’s Weyers Cave facility.

The need to increase equipment and parts production rose as A.G. installed dozens of new eSERIES™ equipment across North America over the past 24 months. The new manufacturing assets are fast and fully automated to machine, cut, score, weld, etc. a variety of raw materials into A.G.’s patented systems. As a custom manufacturer with 28 patents, it is crucial that A.G. invests in technologies capable of machining their custom-designed parts and components in-house with precision, consistency, and efficiency. As a result of the new machines, A.G. has reduced lead times for several crucial components with no loss to part quality and precision –from 6 business days to as little as 1 business day!

Additionally, the new machinery also equips A.G. for increased production demands following the 2024 SuperCorrExpo tradeshow, occurring every 4 years. Stacker, custom manufacturer of innovative material handling equipment and technology, will release new digital technologies for their full line of equipment at Corrugated Week 2022, Booth #807.  All CorrWeek attendees are invited to See into The Future of corrugated productivity and collaboration at the exhibition.

Co-hosted by AICC and TAPPI, the event will be held September 19-21,2022 at the Henry B.
